Terry Hatton has spent his entire life devoted to serving his community, country, and House District 67. A United States Army veteran, small business owner, and community leader, Terry has built a strong reputation for leadership, service, and commitment to Kentucky values.

Terry spent five years serving our country on active duty in the United States Army, serving as an infantry soldier in Germany. The discipline, integrity, and work ethic Terry developed during his tenure in the military have guided him throughout both his professional and personal life.

Following Terry's military career, he built a career as the owner of a small business, VSP Management, which for over 45 years has provided consulting services and private security in the Northern Kentucky area for large corporate clients. Terry has seen firsthand the challenges facing local businesses, employers, workers, and families across the Commonwealth.

The only lifelong Kentuckian and resident of House District 67 in the race, Terry has dedicated decades of service to the community. Terry has coached Knothole baseball for many years and chaired the Bellevue Veterans Club youth leagues for the past twenty-five years, providing opportunities for more than 750 children annually. He has also served in numerous leadership roles within the Bellevue Veterans Club, including serving as President more than 10 times.

Terry's commitment to service and leadership goes beyond his hometown. Terry has been an active member of ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security) for more than thirty-five years, serving in several chapter leadership positions and earning induction into the organization's 2023 Chapter Hall of Fame. Terry was recognized for his commitment to helping veterans and the community when he was inducted into the 2024 Kentucky Veterans Hall of Fame.

Terry has been married to his wife, Kathy, for more than twenty years. Together, they have four children and seven grandchildren. Terry and Kathy reside in Bellevue, where they are active members of Divine Mercy Catholic Church, and Terry is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
